David M. Kleckner

Principal

Since forming David M. Kleckner Architects in 1987, Mr. Kleckner has been producing quality architectural and commercial interior design projects with a “working principal” approach for all phases of all projects from inception through completion.

Experience
Mr. Kleckner has over twenty-eight years of experience in architecture and commercial interior design.
 
Projects have included office buildings, industrial facilities, apartment buildings, private residences, restaurants, retail space, truck dealerships, warehouses and educational facilities.

Prior to forming David M. Kleckner Architects, PC, Mr. Kleckner was President of Commercial Design Group, Inc., a commercial interior design firm, and Design Director of Total Interiors, a division of Singer Equipment Company, specializing in restaurant and hospitality design.

Peter J. Laucks

Registered Architect

Mr. Laucks is responsible for the management of projects from inception through completion.  Responsibilities include programming, schematic design and development, interfacing with consultants and engineers, construction documentation and day-to-day project coordination.

Experience

Mr. Laucks has over twenty years experience in architecture and the building related industry.  His experiences have included a wide variety of commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential projects.

Prior to joining Kleckner Laucks Architects, PC in March of 2004, Mr. Laucks was employed with Masano/Fries Architects, Inc. in Wyomissing, PA, as a Project Manager for sixteen years, and Denlinger, Inc. in Paradise, PA as a draftsman/estimator for two years.

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Kutz is responsible for programming. schematic design, design development, construction documents and project administration.

Experience

Mr. Kutz has over twenty years experience as an architectural and interior designer. His project experience has included corporate offices, schools, restaurants, municipal, core and shell office buildings, mixed-use retail and residential. Prior to joining Kleckner Laucks Architects, PC in March of 2010, Mr. Kutz was a Project Manager for Cathers & Associates, Inc in Malvern, PA for ten years, an Interior Designer and Contract Salesman with Singer Equipment Co., Inc. in Reading, PA for six years, and an Architectural and Interior Designer with Commercial Design Group, Inc. in Reading, PA for six years.

Charles Diefenderfer IV

Senior CAD Technician

Mr. Diefenderfer is responsible for drafting of projects from inception through completion. Tasks include taking the drafting lead on projects and delegating miscellaneous tasks to the CAD Tech staff in day-to-day project operations.

Mr. Diefenderfer has seven years experience in architecture and the building related industry. His experiences have included a wide variety of commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential projects.

Prior to joining Kleckner Laucks Architects PC in January of 2006, Mr. Diefenderfer was a CAD Tech at Draft Tech, Inc. in Muhlenberg, PA for six years and Althouse Construction in Reading, PA as a Field Operator for one year.

Brent Zerr

Prior to joining Kleckner Laucks Architects, PC in the fall of 2011, Mr. Zerr was employed with Fedetz & Martin Associates, PC for eight years as a draftsman and project coordinator.
